Architecture Workshops have been running hands on cross-curricular STEM & STEAM workshops, in schools for all Key stages and Abilities for over 20 years. Our workshops are some of the best activities your pupils are ever likely to be involved in and something that will stay with them throughout their educational life.

The workshops challenge, enthrall and educate in equal measure, because all we use are dowel and rubber bands to build many varied and wondrous building models, structures and sculptures, which make learning fun and the complex simple.

Our STEM workshops are presenter led and cover all KS1 activities like Bridges, Shelters, and Mega Structures. KS2 workshop require problem solving, teamwork and communication skills. Workshop include Ferris Wheel; Roller-coaster; Geodesic Structures; Millennium Bridges.

STE(A)M workshops are KS2 Design & Make exercises involving Creativity and Self Analysis as well as containing all elements of STEAM. These include Art & Sculpture; Bridges, Shelters; Skyscrapers; Olympic Sculptures and are perfect challenge opportunities. These workshops are particularly good to promote Problem Solving, Teamwork and Creativity.

Our fees are £420 for a day of workshops, inclusive of materials, travel and accommodation if required. You can have any combination of workshops within your school day. We offer discounts for multiple days of bookings within the same academic year and are VAT exempt.

KS1 workshops are 60 or 120 minutes with up to 30 pupils.
KS2 workshops are 60 or 120 minutes with 30 or 45 pupils respectively

We tailor our workshops to suit the pupils we are working with, even within the same year group classes can differ, so our presenters respond in kind to the individuals in front of them. Our aim is to make the learning experience fun for pupils, the teachers and ourselves.

Used by the Royall Society of Mathematics to run Masterclasses we have been at the forefront educational school workshops developing activities to suit school requirements and local investigation projects.
