Take a trip back in time with one of our quality workshops. We cover most periods from the STONE AGE to the SPACE AGE, including The
Iron Age, Roman Britain, Medieval, Post French Revolutionary Napoleonic, Tudor, World War I, World War II and the Space Race. National Curriculum links to KS1 History, Drama and Literacy, KS2 and KS3 History, Drama and Maths. ALSO GCSE HISTORY.

The workshops are led by veteran leaders who are ex English Heritage, and have over 20 years experience between them leading workshops and tours for school groups.

Some examples of workshops we offer are:

PREHISTORIC BRITAIN - THE STONE AGE TO THE IRON AGE.
This Workshop is based on life in Britain at the time of the Iron Age, and compares it to the earlier Stone Age and Bronze age, as well as the Roman Influence. We also look at the validity of the ' Pigeon Hole ' system of naming ' Ages ', and how this can lead to a lot of misconceptions about the Ancient World. We will look at daily life, and how people learned about their ancestors -
( no written History then ! ), and also about Britain's place in the Ancient World at the time.
This workshop provides ample opportunity for Object Handling, using ORIGINAL Stone Age, Iron Age and Roman Artefacts, plus participation.
