''Children (and adults!) were really hooked from start to end! If we could have rated you higher than 5 out of 5 we would have done!''

Bring Roman Britain to life for your students with this interactive workshop.

Meet Boudica, Queen of the Iceni, and discover first-hand the changes that the Roman Empire brought to Britain; both for better and worse.

Played by an experienced actor in full period costume, Boudica will regale your students with fascinating stories, insightful facts and fascinating trivia.

Developed with the National Curriculum in mind, Boudica: Life in Roman Britain will allow students to uncover the changes that the Roman’s brought to Britain, understand why Julius Caesar’s invasion failed whilst Claudius’ succeeded, and act out elements of Boudica’s rebellion.

This workshop utilises a Drama and Performance focus to encourage students to unlock the past.

With live performance, roleplay, interactive activities and historical demonstrations, Boudica: Life in Roman Britain is sure to start your Romans topic with a wow.
